There are many different Qigong exercises you can do to improve your balance and flexibility, but one simple way to start with is the “Three Treasures” exercise. This exercise involves standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands held in front of you at chest level. Slowly shift your weight from your left foot to your right foot, then back again. As you do this, raise your hands up above your head, then back down to chest level.
